Welcome to Ragebate — the fastest way to claim a personal subdomain at ragebate.in and redirect it anywhere. By using this service you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ragebate (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of Subdomains

  • Each account may claim up to five (5) subdomains under ragebate.in.
  • Every subdomain must point to a valid, publicly accessible URL.
  • Subdomain names must be between 1 and 63 characters, using only lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens — and may not start or end with a hyphen.
  • You are solely responsible for the content and destination of every redirect URL you configure.
  • Subdomains are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and are not transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Host, link to, or redirect to illegal content of any kind.
  • Conduct phishing, social engineering, or deceptive practices.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful software.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service.

Ragebate reserves the right to immediately revoke any subdomain found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice.

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.
  • That subdomain redirects will be available at all times.
  • That data will be retained indefinitely.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Privacy and Analytics

Ragebate collects anonymous visit analytics for each subdomain, including country, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from IP addresses. This data is:

  • Visible only to you (the subdomain owner) in your dashboard.
  • Never sold or shared with third parties.
  • Used solely to power the analytics features within the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code comprising the Ragebate platform remain the property of the Service operator. You retain ownership of the redirect URLs you configure, but grant Ragebate a limited license to operate the redirect on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ragebate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal channels.
